Signing in to Cayosoft Guardian web portal

The starting screen of the Cayosoft Guardian web portal is the Sign In page. It serves as a gateway to viewing and modifying the data in the portal.

To sign in to the Cayosoft Guardian web portal:

1. In the Username field, use the SAM account name from the domain where Cayosoft Guardian is hosted.

   • Username: exampledomain.com\admin

   • Password: <user’s password>

2. Click Sign in.
   Or,

3. Click Sign in with Office 365 to sign in with your Microsoft account.

4. You will be prompted to authenticate and authorize the account.

   

When you sign in for the first time, the Welcome to Cayosoft Guardian page opens with the initial configuration wizard. Complete the following steps:

1. Activate product. See Cayosoft Guardian Licensing.
2. Add tenant (optional). See Adding a tenant.
3. Add domain (optional). See Adding a domain.
4. Configure notifications (optional). See Configuring notifications in the initial configuration wizard.

The optional steps become available after the product is activated. When you are done, click Go to web portal.
