Overview
Use this action to create a new room mailbox in Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal.

Primary email suffix |
Specify email suffix to use as primary. |
Default UPN suffix |
The default value is Use Web Query Default Domain. Usually, this is the Default Active Directory domain that is defined in the Active Directory extension. |
Show email prefix and suffix controls |
Specify is email prefix and suffix controls should be displayed on New Equipment Mailbox form. The default value is taken from the same setting in the Active Directory extension. |
Maximum SamAccountName length |
Cayosoft Administrator has 20 characters limitation as this is Microsoft's recommendation for backward compatibility. For more details, please see this article: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms679635(v=vs.85).aspx This is not a hard limit and you can increase the maximum number of allowed characters using the Cayosoft Administrator Attribute Policy. |

You can specify the default values for this attribute that will be displayed on the New Room Mailbox creation wizard. Also to generate a default value for this attribute, you could use Attribute Policies. |
Enable automatic email address updates by address policy |
Set to 'Yes' to enable automatic email address updates by Exchange Address Policy. if it is set to 'Yes', the primary email address, mail, and other proxy addresses will be generated by the Exchange server itself. The custom-generated values that are configured in Administrator Service will be ignored. For more information, please see this article: Email address policies in Exchange Server | Microsoft Learn. |

Custom generation tokens allow using the values of the attributes of the user who is running the action (initiator) in the Attribute Policies that are applied to the creation of Active Directory and Office 365 objects. Custom generation tokens should be set in the corresponding Web Action configuration form. Example: {@{'InitiatorDepartment'=GetInitiatorProperty('department')}} After that InitiatorDepartment token can be used in Attribute Policy that is applied to this Web Action.
