Primary email suffix

Specify email suffix to use as primary.

Create missing cloud account 

Use this setting to verify that a corresponding cloud account exists before creating a remote/Office 365 mailbox. If the account does not exist, a Yes setting will create it, while No will cause the action to fail.

Office 365 License options

Specify if Office 365 license must be assigned to a user during creation and how it must be assigned: using automated license rule or during the creation in Web Portal.

The default value is User selects license during creation.

Other Attributes

Other Attribute 1 - Other Attribute 20

If you use Active Directory extension attributes to store additional information for groups, you could select these attributes and map them to Other Attributes.

To set labels or default values for these attributes, please use Attribute Policies.

1. Mail attribute generation rule (Primary SMTP) is renamed to Primary email prefix generation rule.
2. Show mailbox controls setting is renamed to Show email prefix and suffix controls.
3. Default mail suffix setting is renamed to Primary email suffix.
4. Create missing cloud account setting is added.
5. Email Alias generation rule (mailNickname) setting is added.
