Overview
Cayosoft Administrator provides Microsoft Teams life-cycle management, Teams certification review, and Teams reporting. This article will explain to you what and how to configure Cayosoft administrator for Microsoft Teams management.
Managing Microsoft Teams with Cayosoft
Using Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal, you can perform all actions related to Microsoft Teams creation, modification, archiving, and deletion. For detailed information, please see the Working with Microsoft Teams article.
Configuring New Team and Team properties web actions
For new Team creation and for updating Team properties you can configure different settings:
- Who will be the Team owner by default
- When default owner should be added
- If Teams license should be required for all Team owners
- If custom attributes should be shown for the existing group
- Primary SMTP generation rule
- Default SMTP suffix
- Virtual attributes
- etc.

Microsoft Teams delegated Management
Cayosoft Administrator allows delegate permissions in a granular way. You can delegate only certain actions for Teams management and also limit the management boundaries over the Teams scope. So the people will work only with the Teams they should be working with and will be able to perform only a certain set of actions over the Teams. Teams Owner Self-Service
You can manage your Teams where you are set as an owner using My Teams Web Query in Web Portal > Self-Service container. For more information, please see the Work with My Teams article.
Automation of Microsoft Teams Memberships
