What is a Beta (or Preview) feature?
Cayosoft may provide access to the beta, preview, or other pre-release features or services, to obtain feedback and for evaluation purposes. Beta features that are available are identified by a “Preview” tag or message in the product Administrator Console, Web Portal or other user interface component.
Who has access to Beta features?
There are two types of Beta programs: Public Beta program and Private Beta program.
Access to the features in public beta is provided to anyone with a valid trial, free or paid subscription. Access to the features in private beta is provided to a small subset of customers and prospects, in direct contact with Cayosoft engineering team.
Do Support Plans cover Beta features?
Beta Features and Services are provided “as-is”, “with all faults”, and “as available”, and are excluded from the Service SLAs or any Limited Warranties provided by Cayosoft Inc. for Cayosoft products released to general availability (GA), and are made available to you on the condition that you agree to these terms of use, which supplement your agreement governing the use of Cayosoft Products.
How someone can provide feedback on Beta features?
If you have a valid trial or paid product subscription, you can provide feedback by submitting your request to Cayosoft Support on https://support.cayosoft.com/hc/en-us or sending email to Support@cayosoft.com.
