Disable Mailbox web action
Overview
Use this action in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal to disable the hybrid or on-premise mailbox of existing Active Directory users who already have mailboxes.
This command is displayed if the Exchange extension is enabled. Learn more in: Microsoft Exchange extension settings. If a user does not have a value in the mailnickname attribute, the command is disabled (grayed out).

Specify if Microsoft license should be revoked. NOTE: If the only archive on the remote mailbox gets disabled, the license isn't removed in this case. |

NOTE: This setting is available only in on-premises Exchange. Specify whether to ignore the legal hold status of the user. When you disable or remove the user, the user's cloud-based mailbox that's on legal hold is also disabled or removed. You don't need to specify a value with this switch. |
