How to change credentials for a managed domain

To change credentials for a managed domain:

1. Open Cayosoft Guardian web portal.

2. Navigate to Configuration > Managed Domains.

3. Select a domain.

4. Click Properties.

5. On the General tab, click the link under Credentials.

6. Click Add, select Password credentials to add a new user account, or select an existing account and click Properties to edit.

   • Account name − the account name for which the credential is being configured.

   • Refresh token − the refresh token/or password associated with the account.

   • Type − Active Directory.

7. Click Create.

8. Enable the radio button on newly edited credentials and click Select.

9. On domain properties windows, click Save.

10. Click Grant admin rights.
