To troubleshoot web-related issues in Cayosoft Guardian, browser debug logs should be collected. Refer to the following steps:
- Open the browser.
- Press
F12on a Windows computer or⌘⌥Ion a Mac and switch to the Console tab. - Open the Cayosoft Guardian web portal.
- Reproduce the issue.
- Right-click the Console tab and select Save as.
