Office 365 License Quota report rule
Rule description
This rule creates the Office 365 License Quota Report for chargeback reporting, determining which Administrative Unit is over quota, licensing costs per Administrative Units and other quota consumption details.
By default, recipients of this report will see only the Admin Units for which they are designated in the License Quota Notification Contact setting, specified on each Administrative Unit. To send a report about all Administrative Units, set the Send report to option to Contacts specified in the "To" field.
When to use this rule

To keep license consumption under control across multiple departments and to plan your budget for Office 365 licenses
To get the information about Office 365 license quotas and costs on a regular basis.

Send report to

If you select License quota notification contacts, a copy of the report would be sent to each recipient, specified in the License Quota Notification Contact setting on each Administrative Unit. Each recipient will get a copy of report containing only the Administrative Units for which they are designated as the recipient. If you select Contacts specified in the To field, the report about all Administrative Units will be sent to the users or groups specified in the To field. |
