Default License Optimization for Enterprise licenses rule
Rule description
This default optimization model analyzes the usage data collected by the Analytics collection runbook and recommends one of the Enterprise licenses based on the features and scores defined in the model.
When to use this rule
This rule is a part of the Analytics collection runbook that collects usage data from Active Directory and Microsoft 365. This data is used in the License optimization and Service adoption dashboards in the Web Portal.

Refer to the following list of the licenses supported by the rule:
Office 365 E1 (STANDARDPACK)
Office 365 E3 (ENTERPRISEPACK)
Office 365 (Plan E3) without ProPlus (ENTERPRISEPACKWITHOUTPROPLUS)
Office 365 E5 (ENTERPRISEPREMIUM)
Office 365 E5 without Audio Conferencing (ENTERPRISEPREMIUM_NOPSTNCONF)
Microsoft 365 E5 (SPE_E5)
Microsoft 365 E3 (SPE_E3)
Exchange Online Archiving (EXCHANGEARCHIVE_ADDON)
Office 365 F3 (DESKLESSPACK)
Microsoft 365 F3 (SPE_F1)
