OneDrive Properties

Overview

Use this action in the Cayosoft AdministratorWeb Portal to view and modify the OneDrive properties of an Active Directory user that has a matching Microsoft 365 account and Sharepoint Online license.

Cayosoft Administrator adds Microsoft 365 connection account to the list of secondary site collection admins when the form is opened. Otherwise, Cayosoft Administrator cannot read and display the list of admins here.

NOTE: Before using this rule in the , Cayosoft Administrator navigate to Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Microsoft 365 and set Connect to SharePoint Online service to Yes.

Maintain OneDrive site ownership	Specify if: Preserve Microsoft 365 connection account as OneDriver owner.  Remove Microsoft 365 connection account from OneDrive owner after collection.
