Validate user identity web action
Overview
Use this action to check the user's answer to the question shared with the Helpdesk. A user provides this information during Self-Service enrollment.
To make this action available in the Cayosoft Administrator, navigate to Web Portal, click Web Actions > Common > Self-Service - Password Self-Service Enrollment Details rule and set the Enable question shared with Help Desk settings to Yes.
