Microsoft 365 User Suspend (default configuration)

Select one of these options:

1. delete all authentication methods and sign out of all sessions.
2. Keep methods and sign out а all sessions.
3. Keep methods and sessions.

Specify one of the following values:

1. No
2. Transfer to manager
3. Clear (Do not transfer)

Change attributes setting defines a list of Azure Active Directory user attributes' values that can be:

1. Clear
2. Set
3. Clear (Do not restore on Undo Suspend). 

If you select 'Clear' or 'Set', the initial values will be restored on Undo Suspend.

'Clear (Do not restore on Undo Suspend)' means that the value will stay empty after the undo suspend operation.

Specify if the forward address should be set:

1. No
2. Forward local
3. Forward external mailbox

Specify the forward address or select the user's manager address for forwarding.

Specify if you need to cancel future meetings in suspending the user mailbox. Cancelling future meetings removes them from attendee and resource calendars.

Specify if Inbox rules should be deleted.

Specify if access should be delegated. Set one of the following values:

1. No
2. Grant manager full permissions on the mailbox
3. Grant manager + delegates full permissions on the mailbox
4. Grant delegates full permissions on the mailbox

Specify delegates if needed. Use UserPrincipalNAmes (UPN) or group mail of the delegates separated by a semicolon.  

Specify one of the following values:

1. Do not remove.
2. Delete all data via Exchange ActiveSync - all user personal data will be deleted.
3. Retire device (via Intune): the device will be unenrolled from Intune management. The work profile will be removed along with all corporate data and applications, but all the personal data and applications remain on the device.

Specify autoreply message.

You can use tokens in the message to insert the suspending user's name or his manager's name.

For example:

{"$($FoundObject.DisplayName) is no longer working here.
<br/>
Please reach out to $($FoundObject.Manager.DisplayName) 
($($FoundObject.Manager.Mail)) for assistance."}

Specify if the personal site admin should be changed:

1. Do not change
2. Try to set the manager as the owner. If empty then assign specified accounts.
3. Set specified accounts.

When set to 'Yes', add the user manager as an owner to all groups previously owned by this account. The manager account must have a Teams license assigned to take ownership of a team. If the user doesn't have a manager, add a Microsoft 365 connection account as a group owner.
