Overview
Default Suspend configuration for Azure Active Directory users. This article describes possible settings for Azure Active Directory users' suspension.

Change attributes setting defines a list of Azure Active Directory user attributes' values that can be:
If you select 'Clear' or 'Set', the initial values will be restored on Undo Suspend. 'Clear (Do not restore on Undo Suspend)' means that the value will stay empty after the undo suspend operation. |
Mailbox | |
Set forward address |
Specify if the forward address should be set:

Specify the forward address or select the user's manager address for forwarding. |
Clear future calendar events |
Specify if you need to cancel future meetings in suspending the user mailbox. Cancelling future meetings removes them from attendee and resource calendars. Note: Calendar events won't be restored on undo suspend.

Specify if Inbox rules should be deleted. Note: Inbox rules won't be restored on undo suspend.

Specify if access should be delegated. Set one of the following values:

Note: Disabling MAPI will prevent Outlook access to shared mailboxes for everyone, including the manager and delegates.

Note 1: This functionality works through the Caoysoft Guardian integration extension, which needs to be configured to get per-user mailbox permissions.
Note 2: Permissions will not be restored on undo suspend.

Set autoreply message | Specify if an autoreply message should be set. |

Specify autoreply message. You can use tokens in the message to insert the suspending user's name or his manager's name. For example: {"$($FoundObject.DisplayName) is no longer working here. |
OneDrive Settings | |
Change personal site admin |
Specify if the personal site admin should be changed:

New OneDrive personal site owners | Specify one or more UserPrincipalNames separated by ';'. |
Group Membership and Ownership | |
Remove from cloud groups | Specify if a user should be removed from the cloud groups. |
Exclude these cloud groups | Specify the cloud groups from which the user should not be deleted. |
Transfer group ownership to user manager |
When set to 'Yes', add the user manager as an owner to all groups previously owned by this account. The manager account must have a Teams license assigned to take ownership of a team. If the user doesn't have a manager, add a Microsoft 365 connection account as a group owner. Note: Ownership will not be restored on undo suspend.
