AD group Suspend (default configuration) Overview

Default Suspend™ configuration for Active Directory groups. This article describes possible settings for Active Directory group suspension.

Settings

Setting name	Description
Change security to distribution	Specify if the group type should be changed.
Hide from GAL	Specify if the user account should be hidden from GAL.
Change Attributes
Change CN	After the Suspend group CN can be: Kept exiting Set to CN_GUID Set to CN_Timestamp
Change attributes	The Change attributes setting defines a list of Active Directory group attributes' values that can be: Cleared Set Cleared and are not restored on Undo Suspend.
Membership Removal
Remove members	Specify if group members should be removed.
Do not remove these members	Specify the members that should not be removed.
Remove from groups	Specify if a group should be removed from the other groups.
Exclude these groups	Specify the groups from which the group should not be removed.
Scheduled Delayed Operations	Suspend™ Configurations have a Scheduled Delayed Operations section. In this section, you can add operations that will run during Suspend or a certain number of days after Suspend™. For details please see this article: Modern Suspend Configuration.
