Modify Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal Home Page (Branding)
Changing the logo at the top of the Web Portal.
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Portal Settings.
In the Web Customization section, select the logo image using the Logo image at the top of the Web Portal option.
Image file recommendations:
Maximum size 192px x63px
Transparent background
Formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP
Changing the background image on the sign-in page
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Portal Settings.
In the Web Customization section, adjust the image displayed by changing the option Background image on the sign-in page.
NOTE: These images can be supplemented or replaced with customer images, by modifying the existing images in the product installation folder. The graphics files can be found here: C:\Program Files\Cayo Software\AdminAssistant\WebAdmin\Content.
Be sure to use only compressed images so that image size does not degrade the performance of the web page as it loads. See the image file recommendations above.
NOTE: Both custom logo images and background images are preserved on the upgrade.
Showing or hiding elements on the sign-in page
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Portal Settings.
In the Web Customization section, click Hide Self Service links from sign-in page or Hide the Keep me sign-in' option from sign-in page.
Click Save Changes.
Customizing Web Portal text
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Portal Settings.
Browse for the Customize Web Portal Text section.
You can change the default text specified below for the custom text:
Sign in to Cayosoft Administrator
Provide account name in <b>username@your.domain</b> or <b>domain\username</b> format.
I forgot my password
My account is locked
Also, you can set a disclaimer that will be displayed at the bottom of the login page and update the text that is displayed on the login page in Internet Explorer 10 and 11.
Changing the Color Scheme of the Cayosoft Administrator Web Portal
Sign in to the Web Portal.
At the top right of the web page look for the settings icon (small gear) to the right of the current user login name.
The session customization panel appears.
Select the designed color scheme from the list of available color schemes.
Click the settings icon to close the session customization panel.
