How to add additional proxy addresses during user creation
Summary: If you need to add a proxy address when creating a new user, you can do that with the New User | Secondary AD ProxyAddress rule. You can set the address prefix and suffix separately, and a new address value will be added using format smtp:<Address Prefix>@<Address Suffix>.
Applies to: Cayosoft Administrator 5.x or later.
Modify New User | Secondary AD ProxyAddress rule
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Rules > WebAdmin Rules (Pre-configured) > New User | Secondary AD ProxyAddress.
Change the field Address prefix to the generation rule that you need.
Change the field Address suffix to @your.domain.com, if needed.
Save changes.
Add rule to the New User action
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Actions > Active Directory > New User.
Enable Design Mode. Learn more in: Design Mode.
Select Action tab.
Expand the Rules to run after this rule section.
Click Add and locate the WebAdmin Rules (Pre-configured) section.
select the New User | Secondary AD ProxyAddress rule in the appeared dialog, click OK.
Save changes.
