Troubleshooting All managed domains are excluded error
Summary: When you attempting to limit the scope to some Domain or OU in the New Virtual Admin Unit or rules, you may see the error:
All managed domains are excluded. Include at least one domain.
Applies to: Cayosoft Administrator 7.3.0 or later
The typical root cause of this issue is that all domains in the Active Directory extension in the Cayosoft Administrator Console are excluded. You need to check that at least one domain is included:
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Connected Systems Extensions > Active Directory.
Check that at least one domain is included - the checkbox in the Exclude column is not checked:
