Rule description
This rule sends an alert when the number of available Office 365 licenses drops below the specified Alert Threshold in comparison to the quota limit, set for the target Administrative Unit.
The Alert Threshold value can be set as an integer number or as a percentage value. For example, set the value to "5" if you want an alert to be sent when the number of available licenses becomes less than five licenses. Or you can set the value to "3%" if you want to send an alert when less then 3% of quota limit remains.
When to use this rule
Use this rule to proactively react to a situation when the number of assigned licenses reaches the quota limit.
