Office 365 Licenses | Low License Count Notification

Rule description

This rule sends a notification e-mail when Microsoft 365 License plans contain licenses below a specified threshold.

Use this rule when you need to receive a notification if Microsoft 365 License plans contain licenses below a specified threshold.

Setting name

Description

Trigger notification when licenses fall below

Specify an integer value. If the number of licenses in the license plan is less then this number, the notification will be sent.

License plans

Select license plans that should be checked for the license number.

Setting name	Description
To	Specify email addresses to whom you need to send the notification. Example: user1@domain.com,user2@domain.com
CC, BCC	Email address where the copy will be sent.
From	Users can receive emails from default SMTP address or the Default Notify & Alert Email Address.
Subject	Email subject. TIP: It is possible to customize email subjects by using different tokens, see Customizing an automation rule or web action output email.
Message	Message text. TIP: It is possible to customize email messages by using different tokens, see Customizing an automation rule or web action output email.
Report name Report template	You can change the report name and report template.
