Cayosoft Administrator Environment Statistics
Cayosoft Administrator Environment Statistics displays the number of objects subject to Cayosoft licensing as well as general system statistics that are used to build this number. This includes primarily the number of Exchange Online Licenses in the managed Microsoft 365 tenant and Active Directory enabled users from all enabled Managed domains
To display environment statistics in the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Home > Configuration > Subscriptions and click Show statistics.
Total objects under licensing
| Counter name | Description |

| Hybrid or cloud users | Hybrid or Cloud Users count is not tied to a count of active or other user accounts. It is instead the total sum of all Microsoft 365 licenses (SKUs) in the connected tenant that contain Exchange Online or Office for the web service plans (apps). |
| Non-hybrid users |
The number of non-hybrid users is calculated in the following way: {Number of all enabled users or inetOrgPersons in AD} - {Hybrid Users count} If the resulting number is negative then the number of non-synced users in AD is used. You can check the number of non-synced users in the Active Directory Users and Guests dashboard in the Web Portal. |
