Overview
Change History settings provide the ability to integrate with 3rd party monitoring tools. Also, there are Archive Database Connections settings that you need to specify to automatically archive then cleanup Change History details.

Write change audit events to Application event log | Turn this setting On to enable integration with 3rd party monitoring tools for change audit event collection, analyzes, reporting and alerting. Full change details would be recorded. |
Archive Database Connection | |
Instance | Specify SQL server name like SERVER\INSTANCE_NAME where Change History archive will be stored. |
Credentials | Specify SQL Server credentials. |
Database | Select the database where the Change History data will be stored. |
Table | Select the table or type the tale name. It will be created if it doesn't exist. |
