When creating or modifying objects in the Web Portal, you may encounter the following error:
The selection dialog box you attempted to open was not enabled by your administrator.
This error means that there is an Object picker that is disabled in your delegated administrator role.
Resolution
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Configuration > Roles.
Find your delegation administrator role.
Open the Object Pickers section.
Check object pickers are enabled.
