Office 365 Shared Mailboxes with Licenses
Rule description
This rule will query Microsoft 365 for Shared Mailboxes that are currently assigned a license.
When to use this rule
Use this rule when you need to get the list of Microsoft 365 for Shared Mailboxes that are currently assigned a license. Most Shared Mailboxes do not require a license unless the assignment of a license is required for additional services applied to the Shared Mailbox.
