How to change default web action
Applies to: Cayosoft Administrator 9.x or later.
Summary: This article describes how to change the default web action in the Web Portal from Properties to another one.
Configuration
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to the web query where you want to change the default web action.
Select Design mode. Review the following article on how to enable design mode: Design Mode.
Click the Web UI Form tab.
Browse for the Options section.
Copy and paste the web action ID that you want to make the default.

Save changes.
NOTE: By default, the default web action is Properties with the following ID:
e1c3b4e0-7b69-4acb-9d74- 99ee35a5abda.
Where to find the Web Action ID
To locate the Web Action ID:
Open the Cayosoft Administrator Console.
Navigate to Web Admin > Web Actions.
In the list of available web actions, locate the action you're interested in.
Right-click the web action and select Properties.
In the Properties dialog, locate the Rule ID field — this is the Web Action ID you will use in the default action configuration.
You can also copy the Web Action ID by selecting the action, then clicking Edit and copying the value from the ID field at the top.
