Troubleshooting Creating Microsoft Teams
Summary: After creating a new team and applying settings to it, you may encounter the following error:
The operation couldn't be performed because object 'GUID' couldn't be found on 'DB5PR05A008DC05.EURPR05A008.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'.This error occurs because the settings are applied not only to the team itself but also to the associated Office 365 group, which may not yet be fully created.
To prevent this issue, increase the Cloud back-end services replication delay setting in the New Team web action.

Resolution
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to Web Actions > New Team.
Expand the More Options section.
Increase the Cloud back-end services replication delay from 15 seconds to 30 seconds (or adjust based on your environment).
Save the changes.
