Two scenarios are possible:
Update usage location for existent Microsoft 365 users
Set usage location for nearly created Microsoft 365 users
Applies to: Cayosoft Administrator 8.x and later
Configuration
Update usage location for existent Microsoft 365 users
In the Cayosoft Administrator Console, create the AD Users rule.
Change the rule Output type to Export to CSV Text file.
Add the Country attribute to Properties to display.
Check that UserPricipalName is also in the Properties to display list.
Configure Query criteria if needed.
Save changes and run the rule.
Create the Text file | Update Office 365 Users rule.
Select exported CSV file from AD Users rule as a data source.
Use the UserPrincipalName as an anchor attribute.
In the Settings > Usage Location select Country column from the CSV file.
Save changes and run the rule.
Set usage location for nearly created Microsoft 365 users
To have a country name from Active Directory in the office location for Microsoft 365 users you should use {$_.Country} in the AD Users | Create Office 365 Accounts (Cloud) rule in your runbook for new users provision:
