Configuration

Update usage location for existent Microsoft 365 users

1. Create AD Users rule. 
2. Change the rule Output type to Export to CSV Text file.
3. Add the Country attribute to Properties to display.
4. Check that UserPricipalName is also in Properties to display list.
5. Configure Query criteria if needed.
6. Save changes and run the rule.
7. Create Text file | Update Office 365 Users rule.
8. Select exported CSV file from AD Users rule as a data source.
9. Use UserPrincipalName as an anchor attribute.
10. In Settings > Usage Location select Country column from the CSV file.
11. Save changes and run the rule.
