Configuration
Open Cayosoft Administrator Console.
Navigate to Home > Configuration > Web Portal > Attribute Policies.
Click the button Add Attribute Policy in the upper right corner.
Enter the name of the new policy then expand the Policy Details.
Click Add in the Policy Scope section.
In the Specify Policy Scope dialog, select the Active Directory in the first column titled Admin Units.
Select AD Users in the second column titled Web Queries.
Select Teams Voice Settings in the third column titled Web Actions.
Click OK.
Click the newly created scope to select it.
In the Attribute policy settings section, select the Update phone number attribute.
Click Edit Policy.
In the Possible values, specify the type of phone number that will be displayed on the Teams Voice Settings form. If you specify only one of them the other will be hidden:
CallingPlan for "Calling Plan".
DirectRouting for "Direct Routing".
To specify which Direct Routing methods should display select the Set phone number attribute.
Click Edit Policy.
In the Possible values, specify the Direct Routing methods that should be displayed on the form:
Manually for "Enter manually".
FromAttribute for "Form attribute".
NextFreeInRange for "Next free in range".
ClearCurrentNumber for "Clear current number".
Save changes.
