To try Cayosoft Administrator, you can deploy Azure VM from the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
After such deployment, you can download and install the Remote Administrator Console to your laptop from the Welcome page on the machine where the Service is installed and connect to Cayosoft Administrator with the Remote Console without using RDP.
Below in this article, you will find the general recommendation for using Remote Administrator Console:
You can connect to Cayosoft Administrator using the Remote Console installed remotely on the laptop. The versions of the Cayosoft Administrator Service and Remote Console should be the same otherwise you will get the error.

If the Remote Console version is older than the Service version you should upgrade the Console. Download the new version from the server where the Administrator Service is installed: https://<SeverName>/policymanager/html/welcome.html

To connect to Cayosoft Administrator Service you should specify a public IP address of the machine where Administrator Service is installed and a username and password of a user account with permissions in the Cayosoft Administrator. Please see this article for details: Role-based delegation.
The Remote Administrator Console connects to the Cayosoft Administrator using the 443 port. Check that the machine with Cayosoft Administrator allows connections on the 443 port and is available from the client machine.
