Overview
Cayosoft uses Entra ID (Formerly known as Azure Active Directory) Business to Customer services for authentication. The customer side of the configuration is presented as an “app” that exists within the customer’s EntraID tenant. Most organizations will allow this app basic access to identity information such as name and email address. Some organizations will harden these requirements, which will necessitate their IT team to allow access to the Cayosoft B2C Application
Administrator Management Options
1. Allow users to consent to applications published by a verified publisher, and only access basic content data per this Microsoft article: Configure how users consent to applications.
2. Manually approve the application and assign it to a dynamically updating group of users. For example, create an Entra ID group with a dynamic membership rule of department=sales and assign the application to that group. Learn more in: Assigning users and groups to an app.
Symptom: AADSTS50105
“Your administrator has configured the application (name/ID) to block users unless they are specifically granted (‘assigned’) access to the application.
