Microsoft 365 Users | Revoke Deleted Users Assigned Licenses rule
Overview
The rule revokes licenses from all deleted Microsoft 365 user accounts. Use this rule to automate the license revocation workflow.

| Properties to display | Define the properties to display in the report. |
| Sort by | Define the property to sort the affected users by. |
| Maximum returned results | Specify the maximum number of deleted users returned from Microsoft 365. The default value is set in the Microsoft 365 extension settings. |
