Configuration of user self-service notifications
Overview
User Self-Service notifications help users to enroll to the Web Portal for Self-Services. Each notification clearly explains the purpose of the e-mail and contains a link to the self-service page on the portal.
NOTE: Secure binding (HTTPS) is required to protect data transmissions between a user’s Web browser and theWeb Portal. For this reason, the Web server must have HTTPS site binding configured with an SSL certificate, and SSL Encryption must be REQUIRED. While most organizations have a wild-card SSL certificate, you can use a self-signed certificate until you can obtain a trusted certificate.

Provide the base URL for the Web Server users will be directed to for the Self-Service Password & Profile Management.
