Office 365 Licensing dashboard
The Office 365 Licensing dashboard displays in the Web Portal. It is a graphical report that provides a visual overview of the current licensing count status and licensing cost estimates.
To prepare the data for the Office 365 Licensing dashboard and to update the data regularly, in the Cayosoft Administrator Console, navigate to HOME > RULES > Built-in Rules (Pre-configured) > Analytics collection and schedule this runbook to a specific timeframe.
In The Licensing Cost Estimates table, you can see your total spend and spends for different types of licensed users. The Hybrid Inactive counter shows number of users that assigned a license but have no service usage and have no Pro Plus activations. License prices used in this dashboard can be configured in Microsoft 365 extension settings.
