Exporting change history records

In Cayosoft Guardian, change history records can be filtered and exported in one of the following formats:

1. HTML

2. CSV

3. JSON

NOTE: When nested group membership records are included in the export, the HTML format renders the membership propagation path in a human-readable form (for example, Group B > Group A).

This article contains instructions on how to export change history records.

Configuration

1. In Cayosoft Guardian, navigate to Change History.

2. Filter change history records, for example, by the initiator.

3. Click the arrow next to Export to select the export format.

4. Export change history records.

5. In the banner that appears, click Download.

Change history records will be exported in the selected format.
