How to disable Self Service Web Portal Links in Cayosoft Administrator
In Cayosoft Administrator, the Self-Service Web Portal provides users with convenient access to features such as password reset, profile updates, and other self-service tasks. However, in some environments, you may want to restrict access to these links, especially from the portal's sign-in page, for security or compliance reasons.
This article explains how to disable the Self-Service links from appearing on the Web Portal sign-in page.
Start the Cayosoft Administrator Console.
Navigate to Configuration > Web Portal > Web Portal Settings.
Under the Web Portal Customization area, tick the Hide Self Service links from sign-in page.
Click Save Changes.
