Archive Execution History
Rule description
This rule will automatically archive and clean up execution history details older than the specified time.
This is a built-in rule located under RULES > Built-in Rules (Pre-configured) and is scheduled by default to run once a day.
NOTE: The schedule in this rule is set to run daily and cannot be changed.

When to use this rule
Use this rule to clean up the Execution History database. You can specify the period of time for which the records should be cleaned up and whether you want to export these records before cleaning up.

Specify a value in months. The number of months defines how long the execution history records will remain available in the Web Portal/Console before they're archived and/or deleted. |
Export records before delete |
Specify if the records should be exported to a folder specified in the Export data path setting before deleting. The default value is 'No'. |
Export data path |
Specify the export data path. |
