Overview
In the Web Portal Web Actions in Web Queries are grouped and split by separators to improve visual perception. Also, each Web Action in the Web Portal has its icon.
In the Administrator Console, each Web Query has the Web Actions tab where the administrator can add or remove a Web Action or a separator and define their order. After adding a custom Web Action to the appropriate Web Queries, it will appear in scope dialogs in Delegation Roles and Attribute Policy.
Separators in the Web Queries Actions menu group the items and split them into groups. They allow administrators to re-arrange the Web Actions as they need. To reset to the default order administrators can use the 'Reset to defaults' button. In this case, all custom Web Actions will be placed at the end of the actions list.
Starting from the 11.1.0 version it is possible to set any Web action as default that will be performed on double-click. On clean installations 'Enable double click for default web action' in the Web Portal Settings is set to 'Yes' by default.
