Phases
Project Kick-off and Requirements
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to review the scope of work to validate the desired outcome of the installation of Guardian,.

Installation
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to install Guardian on the designated server and configure the base installation for Guardian.

Validation and Testing
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to validate the implemented configurations to ensure they are working as intended
Knowledge Transfer
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to review and walk through their Guardian installation, going over the customizations and basic functionality of the product. Cayosoft will also provide multiple sessions for additional training of the Customer’s staff as needed for Service Desk/HelpDesk users..
Cayosoft will do a final product review with The Customer; finalize any knowledge transfer and questions that are outstanding (time permitted); direct The Customer to the Support Website for future assistance; and mark the Professional Services engagement complete.
Assumptions and Prerequisites
The Customer agrees to cooperate with Cayosoft on the delivery of the Guardian product and has completed all of the basic requirements prior to the Cayosoft Subject Matter Expert from engaging in the project. These requirements include but are not limited to:
- Needed Accounts are created and permissioned for Guardian.
- Servers have been provisioned and patched.
- Network Ports to essential services have been opened.
- Access for the Cayosoft Subject Matter Expert has been created and is in place.
- The Customer’s Resources will be available for questions and decision making as needed.
- Blocks are scheduled in 1 or 2 -hour intervals
- Blocks may change as requirements and desired outcome are defined.
