Phases
Introduction
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to review the scope of work to validate the desired outcome of the installation of Guardian, as well as review and document any specific rules, reports, and automation that The Customer is planning to have as part of this implementation. Based on the time allotment for the project, Cayosoft may only be able to implement a portion of the specific configuration request.
Installation
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to install Guardian on the designated server(s) and configure the base installation for Guardian.

Customer Driven Configuration and Customization
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to create monitoring, alerts, queries, and reports that were defined as part of the introduction, based on the ability to finish, validate and test, and within the project timeline.
Review and Testing
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to validate that the various customized configurations to ensure they are working as designed.
Knowledge Transfer
Cayosoft will work with The Customer to review and walk through their Guardian installation, going over the customizations and basic functionality of the product, allowing The Customer to be able to utilize Guardian, as well as provide documentation of the Guardian installation and configuration.
Finalization
Cayosoft will do a final product review with The Customer; finalize any knowledge transfer and questions that are outstanding (time permitted); and complete and handover the documentation for the installation.
Assumptions and Prerequisites
The Customer agrees to cooperate with Cayosoft on the delivery of the Guardian product and has completed all of the basic requirements prior to the Cayosoft Subject Matter Expert from engaging in the project. These requirements include but are not limited to:

Needed Accounts are created and permissioned for Guardian.

Servers have been provisioned and patched.
-
Network Ports to essential services have been opened.
-
Access for Cayosoft Subject Matter Expert has been created and in place.

The Customer’s Resources will be available for questions and decision making as needed.

Blocks are scheduled in 4-hour intervals
-
Blocks may change as requirements and desired outcome are defined.
