New User | Secondary AD ProxyAddress
Rule description
This rule adds secondary proxy addresses to a newly created user account when an account is created in the Web Portal.
An instance of the rule is automatically created during installation under the RULES > WebAdmin Rules (Pre-configured) folder.
IMPORTANT: Before using this rule, it must be linked to the New User (AD), Clone User, Enable Mailbox, New Linked Mailbox, or New User with Linked Mailbox actions as a post-action rule in the Rules to run after section. Review the following article for details: How to add additional proxy addresses during user creation.
When to use this rule
You typically do not need to create an instance of this rule, as it is automatically created during installation.
Use this rule when you need to add secondary proxy addresses during Active Directory user creation. For advanced email addresses generation or update scenarios use the AD Users | Set Proxy Addresses rule.
