Change your questions or answers

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Self-Service Web Portal using the link provided by your administrator.

  1. Logon to the Self-serviceWeb Portal with your Active Directory logon name and password.

  1. Click the My Profile & Password link on the left.

  2. Click Enroll here for Password Self-Service.

  1. Change your questions or answers as needed.

  1. Click Update Enrollment
