Work with My Office 365 groups
New Office 365 Group
Click the Self-Service Administrative Unit > My Office 365 Groups.
On the Actions menu, click New Office 365 Group.
In the Group Name field, type the name of the new group.
Chose the Language and Privacy type.
Set the group settings.
Set the group owners.
Click Create.
New Security Group
Click the Self-Service Administrative Unit > My Office 365 Groups.
On the Actions menu, click New Security Group.
In the Name field, type the name of the new group.
Click Next.
Set the group owners.
Click Create.
Properties
Click the Self-Service Administrative Unit > My Office 365 Groups.
Click the checkbox to the left of the Group’s name.
On the Actions menu, click Properties.
Mail Properties
Click the Self-Service Administrative Unit > My Office 365 Groups.
Click the checkbox to the left of the group’s name.
On the Actions menu, click Mail Properties.
Membership
Click the Self-Service Administrative Unit > My Office 365 Groups.
Click the checkbox to the left of the groups' name.
On the Actions menu, click Membership.

To Add a User(s) to the Group, click +Add.
Enter the name of the user in the search field and click Search Objects.
Select the User(s) by clicking the check to the left of the name and click OK.
Enter the name of the user(s) in the Search field and click Search Objects.
Click the checkbox to the left of the user’s name then click OK.

To Remove a User(s) from the Group:
Click the checkbox to the left of the user’s name then click the Remove button.
Click Update to save changes to the group.
