Certify

1. Type the group name and click Search or press Enter to find certification request for the group.

2. Click the checkbox to the left of the certification request.

3. On the Actions menu, click Certify.

4. Click Next.

5. Click Keep group if you want to keep the group and review its members.

6. Click the checkbox for each group member to keep in the group or remove from group.

7. Click Next.

8. Click the checkbox next to I attest to the above statement.

9. Click I agree.

   Or:

10. Click Remove group if you don't need this group anymore.

11. Click Next.

12. Provide group removal information.

13. Click I confirm.

NOTE: The availability of steps 6 and 7 depends on how the certification process is configured by the administrator. The sequence above describes the full certification process. However, steps 6 or 7 could be omitted if the administrator configures the process to hide either of these steps.

Approve or Reject

1. Type the group name and click Search or press Enter to find an approval request for the group.

2. Click the checkbox to the left of the approval request.

3. On the Actions menu, click Approve or Reject.

4. Check the approval request details.

5. Click Approve or Reject.

Cancel

1. Type the group name and click Search or press Enter to find approval or certification requests for the group.

2. Click the checkbox to the left of the approval or certification request.

3. On the Actions menu, click Cancel.

4. Check the request details.

5. Click Ok.

NOTE: When approval or certification request is canceled, its' state is changed to Canceled and it can't be changed (Approved\Rejected\Certified) anymore. All the records that are related to this certification or approval request will be kept in the Change History database.

Delete

1. Type the group name and click Search or press Enter to find approval request for the group.

2. Click the checkmark to the left of the approval request

3. On the Actions menu, click Delete.

4. Click Delete.

NOTE: The request will be deleted from the Workitems database. Check Remove related change history records if needed. In this case, all the records that are related to this certification or approval request will be deleted from the Change History database.
