User enrollment

Go to your email and open the Self-Services Enrollment notification email

Click Click here to enroll link in the email
-
Logon to the Self-service Web Portal with your Active Directory logon name and password

Immediately after logon the Enroll or Update my profile dialog box will appear

In the Answers column, provide your answer for each of the questions displayed on the left.
Tip 1: If you do not like one of the questions you can click the drop-down menu of questions and choose a different question.
Tip 2:The case upper/lower of your answers does not matter -
At the bottom of the list of questions you may see a special question labeled Question shared with the Help Desk – the answer you provide to this question will be shared with your organization’s help desk staff, so they can identify you should you request support from them later

Below the last question you may see an Alternate Phone Number and Alternate Email entry fields. If these fields are present complete both of them with your personal email address and phone number. These fields may be used to assist you in recovering your password later.

Click the Update Enrollment button

Congratulations you have completed Self-Service Password Management Enrollment
Forgotten password reset

Open your web browser and navigate to the Self-Service Web Portal using the link provided to you by your administrator.

Click the I forgot my password link and the Reset your password dialog will appear on the screen and you are now ready to complete Step 1 of the user verification process

In the Username field, type in your Active Directory user name and click Next
Tip: You can use the DOMAIN\Username or the Username@domain format.

After your username is confirmed Step 2 of the user verification process will be displayed and you should answer the questions using the answers you provided during the enrollment process

After you have answered all the questions, click Next
If you have answered enough of the questions correctly you will be allowed to proceed to Step 3

On Step 3, enter and confirm your new password
Tip: Your password must meet the password requirements shown at the bottom of the screen

Click OK and your new password will be set.
Password change

Open your web browser and navigate to the Self-Service Web Portal using the link provided to you by your administrator.

Logon to the Self-service Web Portal with your Active Directory logon name and password

Click the My Profile & Password link on the left
-
Click Change my Password
-
Enter your existing password
-
Enter and confirm your new password
-
Click Change Password Now
Change enrollment questions and answers
-
Open your web browser and navigate to the Self-Service Web Portal using the link provided to you by your administrator.

Logon to the Self-service Web Portal with your Active Directory logon name and password

Click the My Profile & Password link on the left
-
Click Enroll here for Password Self-Service
-
Change your questions or answers as needed
-
Click Update Enrollment
