Hybrid Users rule
Cayosoft Administrator v12.2.0 introduces the Hybrid Users rule, providing a consolidated view of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user attributes in a single report. The rule streamlines license management and simplifies auditing tasks. It is ideal for scenarios such as:

Cayosoft Administrator v12.1.0 introduces the new Unlink action to streamline web action management. You can now unlink a web action from one or multiple web queries and maintain consistency instead of manually updating Virtual Admin Units.
Text File | Delete AD Objects rule
The Text File | Delete AD Objects rule allows administrators to delete Active Directory objects in bulk based on a provided text file. This rule is particularly useful for streamlining removing users, groups, computers, or organizational units (OUs) from AD, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of cleanup or de-provisioning tasks. Text File | DynamicAttributes™ Update AD Users Properties rule update
The Text File | DynamicAttributes™ Update AD Users Properties rule now supports delta changes. The new Update Method setting allows administrators to choose from three options:

Always update.

Only update empty values.

Only update on value difference.
The behavior applies to all non-skipped fields, ensuring updates occur only when necessary.
Sponsor attribute for Microsoft 365 users
Cayosoft Administrator v12.1 introduces support for the Sponsor attribute in the Microsoft 365 web queries. The attribute simplifies guest lifecycle management and access review processes. Performance improvements
Cayosoft Administrator v12.1 brings optimization improvements for the Console and Web Portal. The new version improves the console performance for larger environments; the RAM consumption and the OU search performance have been improved.
