Dashboards
The suite of dashboards in the Web Portal helps administrators to enhance their administrative efficiency, streamline management tasks, and provide insightful data for informed decision-making across various aspects of the IT environment.
Navigating to dashboards
To review all dashboards available on the Web Portal, do the following:

Open the Web Portal by clicking the link at the bottom of the Cayosoft Administrator window:

In the Web Portal, expand the Dashboards section and select your dashboard of interest:
Available dashboards
Active Directory Users - Provides a comprehensive and intuitive interface for managing and monitoring user accounts within your Active Directory environment (on-prem AD users, Entra ID (ex. Azure AD) users, and hybrid accounts). This dashboard is designed to streamline administrative tasks, enhance user lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Office 365 Service Adoption - Helps administrators monitor and analyze their organization's adoption and usage of Office 365 services. Reviewing this dashboard, administrators can analyze detailed metrics on the adoption and usage of key Office 365 services such as Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Yammer, and Teams and understand how these services are being utilized across different departments, offices, and by individual managers to drive better decision-making and resource allocation.
